| Prepare Preliminary before Travel |

Dear friends,
Certainly you know beside of new experiences and sweet moments, every travel has
lots of problems. Especially in these types of traveling by motorcycle .It needs
to design a careful programming and very precise calculations. About 60 days later,
we will start our plan round the world,
Therefore we decided to explain something to you to know more.
After traveling by our car, train ...we felt to design a great travel by motorcycle.
We searched about a good ability motor for our aim.
Finally "Moto Guzzi" was selected. Because of some conditions in
Iran
and high prices we couldn't provide a new model (our motor is 1000 SP Model 1980).
And then we thought this is life, there is no problem if our fellow traveler is
old. Of course it is younger than us, 27 years old!!!! By this movement, we will
revive it. It needed to repair and prepare. Persian experts in motor mechanic cooperated
with us. Unfortunately, Guzzi doesn't have any agency in
Iran
, so we have lots of problems to provide every thing which is necessary. You can
see some pictures of their efforts in below.
Getting
permissions from Ministry of tourism, Ministry of foreign affairs, Customs, International
driving license office,
etc. like most of countries wasn’t easy, but done. ”Every thing
by effort and hope is possible, don’t forget!”
Then we started to prepare other things. For carrying
ourselves and our equipments, we wanted to have a Sidecar, but some of our friends
who had experience of that told us that it’s no good way. In making suitable boxes,
Persian artisans helped us. They designed and made them. For making our special
cloths which are safe in accidents and waterproof (from GORE-TEX material) a famous
company in
Iran
(Baftco) helped us.
We believe on, in this century, every great goal needs
a group cooperation to progress. So we welcome to all of our friends who helped
us or will accompany us in the future. We hope God helps us and helps to every body
that has a wish.
To give you a share in our adventure events, we will send
